About the role
As a remote interpreter, you'll connect with clients in real time over the phone and video, helping limited-English-proficiency individuals communicate in healthcare, legal, business and community settings. Work remotely, set your own availability, and pick up sessions through our routing platform.
What you'll do
- Provide accurate consecutive interpretation over the phone and video
- Maintain confidentiality, neutrality and professional standards
- Be available during agreed peak windows for steady call volume
- Use a headset, stable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
What we look for
- Fluency in English plus one or more in-demand languages
- Interpreting experience or relevant certification (a plus)
- Reliable equipment: Ethernet connection, headset, latest Chrome
- Commitment to availability and clear communication
